I recently updated my cell phone and was having trouble syncing it to my 2009 Mercedes. As an older model car, I knew it might not be possible but I decided to go to the Mercedes Uptown location to see if they could help. Mert S. (service advisor) was absolutely wonderful. Instantly willing to try, was extremely nice and synced my phone to the car within minutes! I am so grateful for his help - much appreciated.
