Marek from M.P was super professional and efficient with communications. He explained the process of water proofing thoroughly, and and make me comfortable, answering all questions we had. We hired his team to waterproof two exterior walls using an internal weeping tile system and sump pump.

His team worked quickly (and quietly considering jack hammering was involved and we work from home on conference calls all day). They finished the job in the time frame estimated and left the place really clean. The price was fair and competitive against other quotes we received. I would definitely recommend him and we will call them back when we are ready to waterproof our basement washroom. Stellar job.

I have selected M.P. Construction for exterior house waterproofing because they were working on another house in our street and I really liked the work they were doing. Mark was very friendly to deal with, very professional, provided us the quote promptly and was very realistic with the schedule.
We were quite nervous digging around our 100 old house sitting on sand, but Mark and his crew worked very efficiently, they made sure there were no safety concerns which was quite important for us with kids constantly running around the house.
They’ve done the work on time, on budget, always cleaned after themselves. It exceed our expectations and I definitely recommend them.
