Thanks a lot for amazing service! Found U & B Pest & Termite Control online and I contacted them immediately. The exterminator was very prompt and very professional. He showed up and 1st did a survey of the outside to check for holes before checking the inside. Traps were laid in strategic areas but we still couldn't catch the thing. He came back again and laid more traps with different bait. Success, the rat is now an ex-rat.
He has taken care of our problem and has made sure everyone is safe. He continues to monitor and spray just to make sure our grandson and our doggie are very safe. Pretty top notch!! I would recommend him to anyone. It doesn't make it easy either as the neighbors just go out and make the scorpions mad! So they scatter!!
