PRO: Most of co-workers were cool and helpful. Jose Rocha (the president) was very sociable and know how to manage a business as if they are all family, caring for each others. Congrats to Ricky because he is the heart and soul of all good on that business. Great experience!
CON: Would give 5 stars if was treated with dignity by Silva(production manager). Arrogant attitude and falsehood to blame others on his lack of know how to run a business. Talks fast, very fast but nothing constructive, as a leader should be. He does not try to find solutions but someone to blame even when he is the responsible for such.
Hope all ends well and best luck because they will need it.
Maybe one day will go back when Silva family is out from the picture.
