I saw someone comment on Josh as being rude.
I have no idea who this person is but I can tell you that since I met Josh six months ago, he has always been a courteous and professional person. Josh has made many tools and jigs for my company, CROWN COOKWARE with no issues.
He is always willing to try and help out, and I have called him to help me trouble shoot a machine which he did and for no charge as he believes in helping his customers any way he can. To conclude, I rate his service, personality, and willingness to help all 5 star. I'm not saying he or the company is perfect, nobody is. He will try to make things perfect given the chance. We had a problem with one item he made for us. He replaced at his cost immediately. That mistake proved his great integrity to service his customers.
So to this person who spoke bad of Josh, I suggest calling him, make an appointment just to see his shop. Don't let him know who you are. I'm certain you will be treated well.

Joshua is very well versed in metal machining and has done some very difficult jobs for us, as some shops couldn't even attempt to machine some of our designed mechanical components. Joshua figured it out and made sure everything was to our liking, and even helped us find certain parts for our project that was outside of his scope of work.

Great fast service, reasonable price.
