i ordered an item that was on back order and it was beyond their control as to when it would be in stock, but they would keep me updated and i was offered a refund right away. They responded to all my emails right away, answered my calls each time and even when they were really busy they would be focused to providing friendly service and took the time to answer all my questions andd even offered helpful advice.
i will definitely recommend anyone needing office supplies and much more - this is a great place to meet your needs!
