E eSuite

Customer service with eSuite is top notch and their pricing is also great. They are a small company and each representative that I have spoken to has been warm, friendly and seems to genuinely want to help. Quite a contrast when compared to Rogers or Bell, where you are treated like a number at best (and often much worse). One issue with being small though is that they don't have the purchasing power of the big guys. I waited over a year to upgrade to a higher speed modem, but the supply chain issues with the pandemic and other market forces meant eSuite simply could not source one so in the end I had to switch to another internet provider. If you only need basic internet though I highly highly recommend them!

I have been with Esuite many years. I sought out a small provider as was exhausted by high priced low service big corps and have never been more satisfied with any company as I am with them. Their approach to service makes me feel they are more a partner in our relationship rather than a faceless internet provider. If you are looking for high value and low cost I encourage you to give them a call, hear them out and no doubt you will see what I have said here is true immediately

I was noticing I could benefit from faster service and had the pleasure to speak to Cheri today, who was lovely and a wonderful help in updating my internet package. The generous interaction only confirmed my appreciation for e-Suite.
