The new owner is very down to earth and welcoming DO NOT GO TO THE LITTLE INDIAN GIRL IN THERE SHE IS VERY INEXPERIENCED AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB I MADE HER STOP HALF WAY THROUGH and was still charged for the service

It's okay. I wish they were a bit more professional in terms of not talking constantly over your head (and maybe have some soothing music that puts you in a relaxed state). Sometimes it's irritating as we don't understand what the staff is talking and keep wondering if it's about you. The manicure I feel is really hurried, but otherwise okay. I don't really like the physical appearance of the place as it's a little clunky and I wanna add some colour that's soothing.
