Quick and effective response to help resolve work needed to close an open permit that was preventing my house sale from closing. Finished the work required ahead of schedule, permit was finally closed and house sold!

needed the bathroom renovated to a wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower. From the day they started to finish their was work going on. There was a project manager coming in daily to check on work being done and to address any issues. There a few issues but it was dealt with immediately as possible. Very professional, kept area clean. The workmanship was excellent. I did have a timeline to work in and they did come in close but would not sacrifice workmanship to get job done quicker. They worked every day.

IN-Trend came to me through recommendations our first project took several months and included structural defects, cosmetic defects, finishing all under engineers direction. They were amazing. Following the first project we have since completed 4 additional major projects all of which have been completed to my 100% very picky satisfaction. They worked well with me. They had excellent access to whatever trades the projects needed. I watched as they created a good repor with the municipal building department. Building projects never go perfectly. Thats the reality. IN-Trend worked diligently to ensure a great outcome that was exactly the way I wanted it. Job well done.

I needed my house to be redone because of previous owners shoddy renovation work which led to open permits with the city of Hamilton. In-Trend was hired by my insurance company and managed the work between city, insurance and myself. Derral is the PM and was my single-point of contact throughout the project. I needed the finish basement reset to unfinished basement, kitchen redone, living room redone, main flooring redone, powder room redone, fire alarms throughout the house, HVAC ducting reconnected to 2nd floor, and porch with proper hand rails. He has good taste when it comes to living room wall color style of kitchen so I let him choose all the finishes. Save me time an headache because I don't know what is nice. If you want a contractor that can renovate homes legally, comply with local city bylaws, and deal with city inspectors, I recommend this company.
