The customer service rep (unfortunately, I didn't note his name) bent over backwards to thoroughly search his database for the product I needed despite me not knowing the exact information. He seamlessly arranged for the correct product to be transferred from the Scarborough location to the North Etobicoke location which was closer and saved me an hour or more of driving.
