So I walked in with my brand new mac, was looking pay for stuff and fix it. And then Kevin advised me to take it directly to apple because it’s still under warranty. I don’t see many businesses that are very ethical like this. Thanks very much !

I have upgraded my MacBook Pro a couple of times here over the years. Once we discuss the issues I'm experiencing, Kevin has always supplied a few cost options to upgrade the hardware or software. I have also had my iPhone screen repaired here and it came back like new (I only wish I had come here before trying out one of the "i" chain repair shops, whose repair didn't hold up). Bear in mind this is a small shop, so someone won't always answer the phone, but in my experience they have always replied to phone or email same day.
