Amazing Staff, very helpful. I bought a CPU Fan which was defective they were very helpful in testing it and then exchanging it. Highly recommend this store.
Update: I had to go back to the store the next day as 2nd CPU Fan was defective and from the time I entered the store to the time I left, everyone I interacted at the store were courteous and helpful. Especially Conrad, Assistant Manager helped me from the beginning till the end. This is kind of service and helpfulness you miss online and why you need a physical store. Kudos to everyone at Etobicoke location of Memory Express. I will definitely be coming back to this location and even if an item is available else where my first preference will be this store.

I've only ever had the pleasure of talking with the employees here. My friend referred me to this store as I usually shop at Canada Computers and WOW what a difference!

The staff here want to help you, not sell you things. If you come in with questions, they will answer honestly and with no ill intent (i.e. they're not just trying to make a quick buck off you) -- they will tell you if you don't need something, or if a cheaper alternative is better.

On top of this, the staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable. From my experience at various other computer stores, staff often are unfamiliar with the latest tech news, or don't particularly know much about individual parts. The staff here are a wonderful exception to that; they know almost everything about anything, and are always open to helping me learn, understand, and make the best decisions for my PC.

If you ever go in, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Jonah and/or Matthew. They are wonderful individuals who will go out of their way to take their time and ensure that whatever advice they give you or product you buy is right for you.

Seriously, kudos to this amazing team. You guys have earned a new loyal customer!

This is my new favourite tech store. I have been there a few times now and every single time I have had superb customer service. The manager Conrad is a technical wizard and the rest of his staff are great too. I highly recommend it, especially since it's a Canadian company!

The staff were super friendly and kind. We called ahead to save an item since there was only one left in stock, they were able to do it for us! They even price matched and we got our item for a much better price!

This is my favourite new computer store and probably the only one I will go to from now on. I have been here a few times now since they've opened up recently. I bought a new graphics card and some other accessories. The layout is modern and well organized. It's easy to find anything you are looking for and the products are high quality. The staff is super helpful. Jonah is my favourite employee who gave me a lot of great advice and tips on how to optimize my custom built PC that I have at home. He is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee that I have ever spoken to at any electronics store. Highly recommend coming here!
