My husband and I were lucky enough to get a last-minute spot for the Old Mill Christmas Eve buffet dinner experience. Great variety and amount of food themed on holiday classics. There were several kinds of appetizers, seafood choices, charcuterie, mains, and desserts. We left extremely happy and satisfied. Our favorite was definitely the live Turkey and Lamb station with different gravies and stuffing. The only minor issue was the lack of wait staff around when needed, but that is understandable considering how busy the night was. Definitely recommend and would do it again 👌
We brought our family here for a birthday weekend brunch.
The brunch buffet is well priced for adults and children, the food is truly outstanding (not one thing was “just ok”) but what will live in our memory is the service. They spoiled the person we wanted to spoil and I will never forget that. This is a place with history in Toronto, nice to see it is still so well run.
What a stunning restaurant. The place transports you to the early 1900s. The heritage property is mesmerizing. Conveniently located in Toronto, the restaurant gives you a classy British vibe. We dined at the patio near the water fountain, the food and the hospitality is top notch too. I would recommend indoor than the patio if you’re a fan of Neo gothic architecture.
The restaurant serves delicious food! We went there for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is classy. The garden around the restaurant is beautiful and the front area is a great place to take photos. Parking is available across the street (paid).
Wild mushroom ravioli was creamy and delicious ($26). Peach cobbler peaches were fresh and sweet, covered in glaze. The ice cream it came with however had freezer burn. The dessert was way too small for $14. We sat on the patio which was beautiful with the fountain in the background, and moved inside when it rained. I've also come for the brunch buffet which was delicious. Overall I am a big fan of the old mill.
