I was pleasantly surprised by the walk in appt I was able to get. Friendly and efficient. Picked out some super cute glasses for myself and my daughter and was shocked at the price. Seemed like a bargain! After wearing my glasses for a few months now I find the quality amazing and getting tons of compliments on the style. Your staff was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I have sent friends there since and they are equally impressed! Will be back!

I had a bit of a mix up with my glasses order at a different Oscar Wylee location and did not realize the lenses ordered were not anti-glare — the staff at the other location were not thorough in their explanation of features and drawbacks. So, my brand new glasses were not wearable (without the anti-glare).

My pick-up location was Sherway and I immediately raised concerns about the usability of these lenses upon try-on. I was offered an option to replace the lenses for a small additional price and everything was taken care of right away. I was able to pick up my glasses with the new lenses in less than two weeks and they're absolutely perfect.

All in all, appreciate the quality and range of the frame styles, but wanted to single out the Sherway location for exceptional service.

Friendly and professional service from all of the staff at Oscar Wylee Sherway. I recently purchased my first pair glasses at this location and I was very satisfied. The store manager was a great help in finding frames that fit well, both with my face and the "look" I was going for. The prescription that I walked in with was nearly a year old, so I had my eyes re-tested at this location. The optometrist was professional and thorough. Overall, a great experience.

The service that I receive every time I go into Oscar Wylee ensures a great customer service experience! They've got a great selection of sunglasses, all at a great price. Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake, who helped me with an exchange of my sunglasses and took the time to adjust my new pair so that they fit perfectly!
