I just came back over the long weekend and had a great experience. It's very important to pre-book on their website reservations and then print a copy of the QR code to gain easy entry and exit at the gate and to pay. The furthest part of the lot is newer and doesn't have shelters yet but it's close enough to walk to one. Make sure to take a picture of the row your car is in.
On return, it was late at night and the driver drove me right to my car for my safety. Will use again !
