I had Site7 come do some work in my home (full floor renovation) this fall. Charles and his team did a fantastic job. They would come in and check the mud before proceeding, some mudders would have just sanded and kept going to finish the job, but Charles and his crew wouldn't proceed with the next coat until they were happy. This ended up costing them a couple extra days and potentially lost income. However, they were still able to finish in the timeline they initially outlined from the start. I had some areas that I wanted touched up a week after the job was complete (after priming), Charles came in to have a look without hesitation, despite being paid in full. They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them for your next job!

Of the numerous contractors I’ve contacted throughout our renovations, Charles was easily the most professional and courteous. Home renovations during the pandemic have become the norm, and many contractors will not even give you the time of day unless it’s a high-paying, big job. That was not the case with Charles.

Charles was always quick to reply, punctual, and polite. On top of that, he did incredible work. I tried to save a few bucks by scraping the popcorn off my ceiling, and was left with a very rough and imperfect surface. Charles skim coated it to perfection, making the entire room feel brand new. He also had new drywall installed elsewhere in the house by one of his trusted partners, who also did an incredible job.

Needless to say, I will be reaching out to Charles in the near future for some other similar work. Highly recommended.

I found Charles from Kijiji to remove the popcorn from ceilings in the living room, he did a great job. The ceilings look very good - a huge improvement over the old popcorn ceilings - Charles did an excellent job prepping the work area, used newer method for removing the popcorn which was less messy and quicker. He was professional and on time. I will use his services for all my future drywall installation related requirements. Thanks Charles
