The Medi-Collective - Brown's Line

I am beyond happy with my experience at this clinic. I had been looking for a new family doctor for weeks, if not months, but no one would pick up my calls or return my voicemails. I expanded my search area and started calling around again and this clinic was the only one that picked up. I was even more delighted to hear that they were taking on new patients.

The receptionist was helpful, efficient, and kind (she actually listened to what my concerns were, which is very hard to come by nowadays). My appointment was booked and I was able to see the doctor in a timely manner. Once I got there, the office was very clean and organized and I didn't have to wait long at all to see my doctor. Once in, I had a great conversation with Dr. Mai as he listened to all my concerns, answered all of my questions without judgment or jumping to conclusions, and overall made me feel really at ease. I was able to address my concerns and get the required treatment in only a week and half- which is AMAZING! Sometimes I couldn't even get that with a walk-in clinic!

All of my follow-ups were the same: quick, friendly, and effective. I have gotten the care I need and my quality of life has improved so much. My friends and family see it too and I am so grateful for my experience at this clinic. Not that anyone ever looks forward to going to the doctor but I can say that I won't ever worry that I need to!

Dr. D’Souza is an excellent doctor with great knowledge. Takes his time to answer any questions or concerns you have. Explains things well and in-depth. Highly recommend.
