Friendly people, good service
Great selection of food and we've never been disappointed with the quality or quantity however customer service needs improvement. Wait staff not always attentive or polite.
Laura and the rest of the crew at Pool Mates are friendly and knowledgeable. There pricing is fair although they can't always compete with some of the larger outfits online. But their service is worth the extra fee. Highly recommend.
I've been dealing with Pool Mates on Railside for a couple of years now and they are an excellent outfit. I get great advice from them along with quality, reliable and fairly priced service. They are really personable and responsive. I would strongly recommend Pool Mates for all aspects of Pool care, products, and service.
