This clinic is what ALL RMT clinics should strive to aspire to. When I was first a client, they had top notch customer service, skilled RMTs who KNOW their work, extremely professional & clean- like pre COVID they were clean. Now they have air purifiers in every treatment room.

It’s the main reason I wanted to work here: professionalism & cleanliness & skill set of the team.

I have been going to Bayview Sheppard RMT for over 10 years and so has my husband. We have always been happy with the therapists and their work and also the customer service by the front desk. But it is worth noting that during covid they have gone above and beyond to ensure cleanliness, safety and protocols that make me feel 100% secure in the service they provide. I love that I can get a massage or fascia stretch and that I always come out feeling so much better. This is a fantastic company - I highly recommend!

I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the entire clinic. I have been searching for the right RMT for quite sometime now and I believe I have finally found the one! Shout out to Christina G! She was an amazing massage therapist and she really got out all my kinks in my neck and shoulders. She sure knows how to give one hell of a deep tissue massage that's for sure. I will absolutely come back here very soon. Thank you so much!

If you want to feel absolutely amazing and renewed, you’ve got to come here!! The entire staff are friendly, professional and dedicated. I must say, I feel extremely safe through the pandemic with the questionnaire prior to your appointment, sanitizing stations everywhere, temperature check and overall disinfecting. Rachel C. is the best RMT in the game! She will check-in throughout the appointment to ask if you need to modify anything. It really makes for a solution-specific and productive appointment. Her technique has really given me my life back (pain-free) :) I will be going at LEAST once a month!

The best massages I've ever had. I found them about 4 months ago and have come back once a month since. Manuela is the absolute best therapist, hands down. Very nice reception and employees, it's clean, and the price is great for the services.
