(February 14, 2022, 8:23 pm)I had not been active in a long time. I started with Saeed late last year and in 4 short months I have seen amazing results. I have more energy and I feel fit again. Saeed always seems to know how far to push me physically and mentally, and he motivates me to push myself harder. He is also flexible with his time and switching from in person to virtual to accommodate my schedule. Definitely recommend FittrestFitness.
