(April 29, 2018, 12:09 pm)Friends move from their house to these condos. Very friendly neighbours. Well kept grounds. Condos are all very individual designs. Some 2 storey, some bungalow style. All have limited storage and a challenge from moving to a smaller space.
No concierge or gate security. Entrance just like any other apartment. Parking is a pain. Easier to park out on Woburn and walk through the path to the buildings.
Maintenance fees are high but does include everything except phone.lots of seniors in the building.cledt grocery store is Pusatrties. Thrre is a No Frills 5 blocks north and Brunos is at the top of Avenue rd. Shoppers I'd across the street RBC and CIBC are on the north corner of the building. Great location.
