This is the second time buying a Samsung lock from them. They were able to schedule me in for an install the same week. Very professional. Took the time to answer all my questions. I was in the market for a new lock. Something unique with some cool factor that would look good on the new doors I ordered. I came across the Samsung SHS-P717 online. I had some questions about the lock and the install because I had already ordered my doors with standard lock drilling. I sent an email to Bena Co and received an email back very quickly from Ann. She thought it best if we spoke on the phone as I was looking for a lot of technical information. I'm so glad we did. She went step by step with what I needed to do to install the door lock into my new door. She was so informative that I had a very good idea how to do it after we spoke. I decided to take it on and slowly but surely went through the process she laid out for me and referred to the instructions to fill the gaps of what I couldnt remember. Her verbal instruction was bang on. It made it relatively easy. I just took my time with it to ensure I wasn't going to make a mistake. Got the lock and the door installed on a Sunday. I had a question for Ann about the operation of the door so I contacted her on Monday. She solved my issue instantly and while she had me on the phone, went through the programming of the lock saving me the time of trying to figure it out.
I want to say that Ann is an amazing rep for Bena Co and I am sure glad I decided to purchase my Samsung lock directly through Bena Co.
I 100 percent recommend both the lock and Bena Co as the provider of othe lock . I can't say enough good things about the transaction. Keep up the great work Ann!!
