John and his stone factory did an excellent job for us, we are very happy!
My old backsplash was easy to get duty, so we want to change to quartz backsplash that is easy to clean, we really want to add a quartz stone on the top of the hood fan, but John told me that it is better do not do that for safety, even though the stone factory has cut this quartz stone on the top of the hood fan and the big piece of backsplash, and they need to cut the second time of the big piece for fit the ceiling height again, John did not add any money to us.
Actually they lost money on this project, but they still do their excellent job and service, I really appreciate them!
