Canadian Protection Providers currently provides gate control services for access into the private golf club that my management team oversees. The provide great service and their security guards are motivated to work.

Whenever we may have a breach at the site, the guard on site handles the problem before I even arrive to the golf club. Once I do arrive, I am always met by the guard AND his supervisor with a full report on the problem and also the solution that was done.

This company and their CEO Simon always takes the time to listen to the management's needs and provide service accordingly. They provide us with the BEST prices in the security industry and high quality service. Definitely recommend them for your building

In my experience with Canadian Protection Providers and their guards, they have been extremely reliable, alert, and able to handle any situation. The guards on-site at the building where I live have excellent customer service skills. They treat me and my fellow residents with the utmost respect and their service truly makes me comfortable knowing I have high-quality security guards on site.

Their supervisor is frequently on-site as well. I always see him checking reports and making sure the guards are inappropriate uniforms. The supervisor ensures all duties are completed (parcel log-ins, fire panel monitoring, perimeter patrols) and he consistently comes on site 2-3 times a week.

The guards will enforce the rules no matter what, regardless of if a new tenant tries to convince them to break the rules (allow longer parking passes, allow entry to the building, etc). I would highly recommend this company as a service provider for your building.

Seeing the manner in which this security company is managed was pleasantly surprising. There is a great morale and sense of teamwork amongst the staff, and all guards are highly competent. In the scenario I witnessed, the lock for the side entrance door to a condominium building was broken meaning outsiders could enter and jeopardize the safety of the building.

CPP offers a 24/7 supervisor dispatch meaning right when this incident was noticed, the guard on site notified all residents that a supervisor will be on site momentarily. Although this speed of response by a supervisor was amazing, i was even more surprised by the guard on duty. The guard on duty was able to handle the entire situation efficiently before the supervisor even arrived on site!

The guard made an announcement to the entire building, contacted the property management, guarded the door, continued to do COVID-19 screening and informed all concerned residents that an incident report was being filed right away.

Overall, this is exactly how I would want my building to be managed and I am very happy with the services. Special thanks to CEO Mr. Simon P.
