(May 3, 2021, 4:56 pm)Came to replace my broken switch and they even let me transfer my un-transferable game data to the new switch. They used used their own mobile data to do that. This place is both amazing and has the nicest staff you can ask for.

EB prices (and usually trade-in values) aren't great bu that's how they make money, can't blame that on the staff. Selection is usually good too and personal bias that this is close to my neighbourhood!

The guy with the glasses is soooo kind he helped me a lot with finding what I wanted and he has amazing customer service skills he made me feel comfortable in the store.
