Came to replace my broken switch and they even let me transfer my un-transferable game data to the new switch. They used used their own mobile data to do that. This place is both amazing and has the nicest staff you can ask for.

Always a pleasant experience here with knowledgeable and friendly staff who knows their games inside out. EB prices (and usually trade-in values) aren't great bu that's how they make money, can't blame that on the staff. Selection is usually good too and personal bias that this is close to my neighbourhood!

There are 2 boys working in there and a girl and I love them all they're so kind and sweet and very helpful. The guy with the glasses is soooo kind he helped me a lot with finding what I wanted and he has amazing customer service skills he made me feel comfortable in the store.

Always my go-to EB games. I have been going to this location for about 10 years or so when it first opened up. It always has friendly and helpful staff to help with what your looking for.
