She is gentle and skilled and gives your fur baby time to acclimatize so they are more relaxed during their grooming appointment. My Ariel is very skittish and Ursula handled her gently, lovingly and professionally. Ariel fell in love with her and left her studio looking beyond adorable. I will definitely be back. We just had our third visit with Ursula and I’m consistently amazed and grateful for the enormous amount of patience and kindness she gives my puppy. Miku is a very energetic, nervous dog which makes handling a challenge and yet she always come out beautifully groomed. So glad to have found Ursula at the Grooming Loft.
