Karen is a wonderful trainer. Very patient, understanding of family dynamics, great for first time dog owners as her techniques were easy to implement. We loved working with her and so did our puppy!

She told me which things I needed, which ones I didn't, how to set up my house (crate, gates, food) and how to feel confident bringing my puppy home.
