This place is not smoke free. You can smell cigarette smoke everywhere. But the price is cheap
A rare find in a Vietnamese localized billiard area. It's a place with character, that reminds us of asia. The only major con is the smokiness from the cigarettes by the patrons there.. (Then again, it's part of how it forms its own unique character)
