Wow!! My husband and I are blown away! We recently sold our home with Karen, 22.4% over asking price! I credit most of the success to Karen. From advising on pre-inspection (ended up being the right decision in our case), to beautiful staging, to professional looking brochures of our home, to gorgeous photography/3d tour to marketing our home on Facebook/Instagram, to always being available and supporting us emotionally during this stressful process - she went above and beyond and the final result speaks for itself.
