This place is really welcoming and friendly. I called the number to make sure if I needed an appointment but the lady said come in today. I reached to the place around 2ish and I was greeted by Eva. Eva was very sweet, helpful and took her time while doing my nails. I went for a simple look and color. It was my first time getting my nails done and honestly I will definitely be back for another manicure.
Was ok! My Shallac chip after 3 days while on vacation. Otherwise the young lady I had was very sweet
I have been coming to this place since they first opened. Although customer service is a big issue since 2020 and you end up waiting around a lot even with an appointment. I find the quality of nails and waxing to be great. I always resort back to this location when I am unsatisfied with another nail salon. Shellac on my real nails, with minimal chips, has lasted 4+ weeks. Waxing is always perfect. Definitely recommend waiting and trying this business out. Also, please spread kindness when at these types of services. I know poor service is frustrating but the ladies here do mean well and don’t deserve to get yelled at, especially when understaffed.
EVA is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers and is always there to support or help the other staff. She pays attention to detail and gives very good recommendations when needed. She should get a promotion for sure! One thing I would mention is that the owner should put a policy in place to protect their workers from harrassment. There have been cases whereby customers are yelling or screaming at the staff which makes regular customers feel very uncomfortable. No one should be treated like garbage! Something needs to be done about this!
