After reading the reviews here, I was not expecting much when I made a call into customer service. I waited about 40 minutes for someone to pick up, which is pretty average for most places these days. I had them on speaker and did some chores while waiting.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I came here immediately to leave a review for Barbara. She was direct and to the point in answering my inquiries and gave me peace of mind with the information she provided.
We have to understand that these people are human beings and they are always being pushed to answer calls and get the client off the phone as quickly as possible. This is common practice for adherence. They are doing the best that they can with what they are given. Anyone who has worked in this field will empathize with that. As far as them being rude, I felt that she was assertive for sure, but I appreciated her honesty and straight approach.
Thank you Barbara. I hope that Management sees this and compensates you for your time and attention. It’s tough to take calls nonstop, especially with customers who can be very distraught. Keep doing what you’re doing. I appreciate you.
