Meritus Group Management

My building is managed by The Meritus Group and our property manager is John Recker.

The building is always kept clean and orderly. Communication from management is always quick, clear and professional. John is incredibly attentive. He resolves all issues and service request both concerning common elements and individual units with transparency, consideration and a
deep knowledge and expertise of condo living and building maintenance.

We recently experienced a blocked drain pipe (flooding) issue and John and the building management team reacted swiftly to take care of the problem and repair and reimburse units that experienced damage.

We feel very fortunate to have John and the stellar management team looking after us here.

My building 128 Grovewood Common is managed by MGM and our property manager is Marlowe Bloxam.

Our new building was quickly being run into the ground as the previous management company completely ignored the building and everything in it..

The property was a mess and getting worse. Then Marlowe Bloxam showed up - I now refer to her as the Sheriff. In very short order a dramatic transformation took place too numerous to list - it would be a very long list.

Today our building is very clean, organized and running as a beautiful new building should - all thanks to Marlowe. I have lived in other condo buildings but never experienced a property manager like Marlowe Bloxam. She should write a how to book on property management she is that good.

FYI, I have not met Marlowe nor have I spoken to her on the phone. Only by email and observation of the great work she has done for our building and property.
