(November 28, 2020, 7:47 pm)PRO; super Nicholas is very helpful and easy to communicate with building is not crowded which I like most, apartment is roomy and spacious.
CON; Parking unreasonably expensive. no exhaust, ventilation in washroom and kitchen. Small Toilet Bowl, Height and shape are not comfortable at all not even for small people. Only 4 visitors parking if you are expecting any visitors this is not a place for you. It’s not a condo just renovated apartment with high rent.

(May 20, 2020, 5:00 pm)I really enjoy living at this building. The super Nicholas is great and the admin staff are always on top of things. Its a quiet and friendly place to live.
