I came here today to have my ring resized. Unlike the staff at the other location I had visited days before, Celeste was not only friendly and professional but also took the time to explain to me why the resizing process takes as long as it takes (I came here hoping I could get it rushed in time for an event).
She then took the initiative to help me resolve my problem, and helped me find a temporary solution to keep my ring from falling off my finger until I could make time to come back after the event and have it properly resized. I very much appreciate her professionalism and help.

I was able to find a ring that I truly have been looking for for years.
It was unique and just as on their website.
I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

Thank you SO much to Jodi & Celeste!! I had an awful experience with an associate at scarborough town centre & ended up walking out. She was incredibly rude the entire time & had zero customer service skills. Instead I drove over to Fairview & saw them. They both were so so sweet the whole time. Super nice and welcoming. Very professional. I can't thank them enough for their help!! They were very knowledgeable & had amazing customer service skills. Will be coming to this location to visit them next time for sure !
