You expect good quality work and good quality doors and hardware etc..,but what is really rare is excellent customer service , polite crew, consciencious behaviour. A pleasure working with this team. We got a new front door and patio door installed by pioneer doors and window. We are very pleased with the result, professionalism and customer service. The installers did a great job and were faster than expected. They took all the old windows and doors and left everything very clean. Appreciate the excellent service and quality product.

We had Pioneer install replacement windows in our master bedroom and new double exterior doors on the front of our house. The doors are gorgeous and the windows are also great! They really block out sound from outside. Installation was quick and seamless and the workmanship is top notch. We got quotes from 4 companies and Pioneer was the lowest. We are very happy.

Derek was very patient in helping me choose a Front Entry Door and Sidelight design. The installation date was earlier than projected. The installers came on time and were professional. I noticed a small glitch after installation. I called Derek and in a timely manner the problem was resolved. Derek called the same day as problem resolution, to ensure all work was done to my satisfaction. Thanks Derek and team! I am very happy with my new Front Entry Door and Sidelight.
