Release The Leash Dog Training

I’ve been working with Ryan to help me train my 4 month old Goldendoodle Chloe.I’m a first time dog owner and needed some direction. Ryan is flexible with timing and will come to your home, which is so convenient. He taught me the fundamentals, some basic commands, and most importantly how to communicate/ engage with my dog.
He’s very patient, informative and also direct, which I like.
Chloe is doing fantastic and I look forward to continuing the training with her. I would definitely work with Release the Leash again in the future. 🐶

We were struggling to train our dog Coal consistently. He always jumped on people and barked at anything that moved. He also lunged at people on our walks. My boyfriend reached out to Ryan and we enrolled him in the 3 week boarding program and that was the best investment we’ve made so far. He’s been back with us for about a week and it’s really been amazing. Walks are not stressful, he listens so well and we’ve learned how to be better with him too. Thanks so much! We appreciate the work that went into training him. Highly highly recommend.

We did 4 sessions with Ryan and I am pleased to say that it was the best decision I ever made for both me and my pup. Before the sessions we struggle with every walk that we just tend to go out very early in the morning or very late at night. My pup would lunge and bark at other dogs to the point that I injured my wrist. We saw results right after the first session, and I was able to walk him with a lot less reactivity just by engaging more with my dog. Ryan taught me things I thought I knew. He was very straightforward and doesn’t sugarcoat, which I liked. Looking forward to the refresher course after my pup gets neutered. Happy thanksgiving!

We took our pup Ziggy in for boarding and training for 3 weeks. Ryan has been super amazing and very helpful with Ziggy's training journey. During the three weeks Ziggy was in training, Ryan also updated us with videos on his progress and also spent some time giving us a follow up on how to be consistent with Ziggy's training at home. He was so thorough with his teachings and explanations. We are very happy with Ryan's hard work and effort in training our lil pup. I highly recommend Ryan for anyone that is looking into training their pooch! :)

Ryan helped us train our 1-year old German Shepherd mix, and after one session there was a huge difference with his behaviour. Ryan definitely knows what he is doing, he is amazing and super nice! Together we have improved our walks and recall. He taught us how to effectively use different tools and verbal cues to easily train our dog. We have learned a lot from his training sessions, we highly recommend Ryan!
