Clean and well kept. Quiet and polite residents. Direct access to everything you need really (Yonge line subway, groceries, restaurants and banks, etc)

Hands down best condo in the area. It is the ONLY building complex that has direct indoor above ground 24hr access to the Empress Walk mall and North York Centre subway station. All the other buildings that say “direct access” mean through cold underground tunnels or parking garages that are typically locked at 10p.m.

The building is well managed, has a great board, has reasonable maintenance fees, and is updated and maintained.

The Empress Walk mall, which can be accessed through a hallway, has a supermarket, theatre, restaurants, LCBO, dollar store, Shoppers drug mart, a TTC entrance and more! You literally never need to go outside for anything. You can even access the building across the street through the mall. It has the amazing North York Centre library, a food court, Rexall, hotel and more.

Finally, if schools are important to you. Living in this building allows you to send your kids to the best schools in the neighbourhood. The newer buildings are not in the school district.

Fantastic condo. Low maintenance fee compared to other condo's in the area.

Direct access to Loblaws, LCBO, TTC, Dollarama, SilverCity without having to go outside (great during the cold winters). This condo is ideal for old folks who may have mobility issues.

Also, North York Center Station is one of the few subway stations without a bus terminal, so it isn't loud like it is at Finch Station or Sheppard Station.

Public library, skating rink, swimming pools and government offices are right across the street.

And the most important perk: your kids can go to McKee and Earl Haig by being a resident here (walking distance) instead of having to go to Northview et al.
