They listed it in a matter of 48 hours and was rented out by day 6 of the entire process that usually takes about a month or so with real estate agents. I am very impressed.

The process was super smooth from photos of the property to tenant placement. Everything just flowed perfectly. They are very knowledgeable about the market and I look forward to continue using them for property management.

Seen Royal York Property Management as an AD on Facebook and I clicked on it and wondered why it sounded so familiar and then i remembered my friend told me how fast they leased his apartment. I was trying to remember the name for about 2 days and so I was happy when I found it because I needed some properties of mine leased and I called them up and their leasing department made everything so easy for me. Legitimate and quality tenants in 6 days. Fastest experience yet.
