Sandler Training Toronto

I signed up for Sandler Training with Chris with the intention I needed just to learn how to make cold calls and brush up on my 'sales speak'. I expected to be in the program for a few months but I stayed for 2-years. The Sandler Training is more than just learning about skills, its learning about yourself and why you avoid doing certain things, namely making the calls. It sets you up for success by preparing you for the inevitable, and that is the "no, thanks" or more likely, the radio silence. Learning to accept this not a failure of your skill but perhaps that person/compnay isn't ready for what your business has to offer or the individual isn't ready. Not every person you speak to becomes a real prospect. I learned how to stop spinning my wheels on people/companies that weren't ready/right which allowed me to spend more time focused on the real prospect. As a result my success/close rate probably tripled. I was so busy for a while I was turning down work, or having to find people to help me. The class structure allowed for a trading of stories, objective advice from people who face the sale business development challenges everyday. From an ROI perspective, I was able to recoup my investment in a year. Today, I am considering retirement because I can. Thanks Chris for your great guidance!
