I am currently more than 1/2 way through the construction of my 3rd and final home with Silverado (Jeff & team). After building 2x before with Jeff I have learned so much about the industry and how to work with his team that it has made this third time beyond easy. Who can actually say that building a house with a contractor is an easy and stress free process? Well I can! This third time the house is larger, more complex and being built in the middle of a pandemic, but the speed, quality and total management of the process has been as smooth as one could hope. Building a custom home is not a simple process and all the decisions, options and complexities of the process and dealing with the city and trades make it truly daunting - but Silverado take all that complexity away and allow you to just focus on the fun part of the process - just watching your dream come to life. It's been 15 years I've worked with Jeff & team and can unequivocally recommend him if you are in the market for a custom home or large renovation. We've all heard the horror stories before in this industry - but that has not been my experience with Jeff. Basically the only question I keep getting from friends and family is, well, not a question, more a statement 'OMG, the project is moving so quick and easy...you are so lucky' - my answer is no, I have the right team and contractor that makes it look easy!

We feel very fortunate to have worked with Jeff and Adam to build our new home. They did an incredible job at managing the whole process and worked so hard to get us moved in on time and on budget. The communication and responsiveness could not have been better and their professionalism and attention to detail was top notch. I have been working with Jeff and Adam for 5 years now and my boss another 5 years before I started with them. As a window supplier we rely a lot on the communication between our office and the builder to make sure everything goes smoothly. Jeff and Adam are 2 of the best in the business. I’ve driven by many homes in my area and keep coming across the Silverado signage. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently these homes are being built. Their product is outstanding and truly brings beauty to my neighbourhood. I will most definitely be contacting Silverado when I build my dream home in the coming years!
