Great staff and great service! I went in with a complicated international-shipping order and expected a major headache. Instead, everything was easy and fast, with prices right where I expected. Definitely would use this store again for shipping!

I want to add my voice to the others recommending UPS Owner, Mr Wei Chen. First of all he is easily accessible and open to helping seniors and/or those with disabilities. Moreover his store is spacious and safe, as everyone is masked and physically distant.
His energy invites you in and he simply and completely eliminates the stress sending packages during Covid-19.
In particular, he is adept at problem solving, regardless of the request. And is always patient and kind. In the unlikely event that he can’t assist you (unlikely), he pivots and re-directs, connecting you with others that might be able to help better.
