I have singed leas agreement for a unit in 755 building and the experience was quite good. Manager Tandra was helpful and supportive, informative through out the process and flexible in timing during appointments. With the same hope moving-in and expecting pleasant stay!

Having lived in my share of places over the years, I can easily say this is hands down the best place to call home. Property Management is outstanding, highly professional, responsive, and clearly run a tight ship. Buildings are extremely well maintained as are grounds and it shows. Feels like a small community and more like a condo than apt yet units are very spacious. My only regret is not living here sooner.

Great location and neighborhood. Buildings are clean and well maintained.
