Tippett Park

I have been living here almost 2 years. I am one of the 1st tenant moving to this building when they opened. The property management here is absolutely fantastic. Mike the property manager ALWAYS responsive to help and find a solution whenever I have complained about everything. Building always perfectly well maintained. Spotless. Superintendent Nabil and Pablo also really helpful. The only complain only the unit is WAY TOO SMALL and has really low ceiling in some floors. Beside those all perfect here.

Been over a year since I’ve been staying here and I throughly enjoy it. Everyone that works there is nice, Mike the property manager is very helpful and replies quick through the portals. Place is always kept clean, wonderful place to live!

From day one dealing with the people at Shiplake has been a positive, welcoming, generous and helpful experience. There are not enough companies like this out there. I get the feeling that they actually care about quality of living and the assistance to do so that this city is promising and bombarding you with, but not really providing. The building is great too. It's the most quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly and modern apartment I've had in this city, with the best staff as well. Special thanks to Traci, Viktoria, Mike, maintenance and everyone at Shiplake Properties Limited, I know for a fact you've helped improve numerous lives around here.

I have been living at Tippet Park for 2 months and I absolutely love the place. It’s spotlessly clean with a modern design, brand-new appliances, very helpful, responsive and friendly staff. Every time I send a request to maintenance, they respond in less than 24h. I’m in love with the large windows. So much natural light improves my mood. I’d recommend everyone to come and live at Tippet Park.
I can’t wait for the end of the lockdown, so that the gym opens as well!
