The Residents manager he was easy to approach,He do his duty he did action immediately if you need help, For example I did request about spray the roaches,my bathroom ceiling they did painting,And kitchen sink,,My advice call kuya Emmanuel and ask what they gonna fixed needed…..
Since the new management, we can call this a nice place to live. Resident manager is a very firm and fair person. He is on top of everything, the building is 90% cleaner and we, as tenants are treated like people. Previous owner was a bully and very much into favoritism.

Please keep in mind, I am in a higher floor, so may not encounter same as Kevin, yet he is 100% correct re security (none at all) gunshots and such. It is the area...and yes, some apts are downtrodden and unkempt. That is also how some tenants care/don't care for their apts.
I'm happy living here. The accessibilty of the area to all my needs is great such as Grocery stores, Malls, Clinics Bus stops and Schools. Aside from that, The RM is always attentive and give actions immediately in times you need some light repairs. And also I do appreciate their hardwork maintaining the cleanliness in every area, corridors, hallways, laundry room and entrance door mirrors.
Prior management of the building is not doing good in management and maintenance of the building. Many request for repair on unit was not address and always retort to “move out” if your not satisfy. Building have seen a lot of roaches, mice and flies during summer and whole building smells bad.
But with the change in management, all these concerns was addressed no mor flies and mice and building smells good now. No garbage was left on the corridor garbage chute was renovated and I notice now that no garbage left in its floor. Carpet in each floor were always clean same with the lobby. Roach treatments on my unit was done and I also seen on other units was treated.
Super is nice and accommodating and hes hard working. I am satisfied with my unit now and on the whole building. Thanks to great works by Metcap management its a total turn around as its before. But please dont rate high cost your new renovated unit too much…I need another unit for my relatives
I am currently living in this building… The building superintendent is very accommodating and helpful… whenever there is a problem in my unit.. he immediately checks it and have them fix… though, there are sometimes noisy people who parks there car outside and play a very loud music… nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the services and my unit as well… prior management is bad and building is dirty, mice and roach everywhere and flies all over the building during summer but now with the change of management the building is now clean, no mice no flies and roach will now taken care of…
