24 Hour Geeks

I imagine that this tech does good work but im upset with the fact that they advertise as a 24 hour business. I suggested an edit for 9 to 5. but this feels like a bait and switch i was needing an emergancy rebuild at 3 am and it was near impossible to find someone todo the fix because all the 24 hour services are truely not 24 hour. so i leave a 3 star review cause thye did provide a basic trouble shoot. but did not answer for a qoute or time of when the job could be done so. so proceed with caution if you need them on a 24 hour basis. i was toxic in my response to them in an email and tbh it was more stress on my end my bad

Really great experience with 24 Hour Geeks. James was able to come around to the house within hours of being contacted and quickly sorted the problem. New part ordered and then fitted the next day by his colleague Wei. Courteous efficient and cost effective service. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific experience! James is hardworking, very friendly and knowledgeable, and courteous. He was at my door within three hours of my calling him! Reasonable rates. He also explained the repairs so that I could understand him, not always the case in computerland! Well done.

Super awesome experience.

Called them for on site service at my office. Needed to fix an issue with the motherboard as well as an OS issue. Very professional, explained to me what was going wrong and how to maintain everything moving forward. :)
