Recent changes in ownership have shaken things up a bit, but generally a very good place to live. The management company is constantly doing things to improve the space (painting, installing awnings, repairing flooring and stoops, etc.) and maintenance personnel are usually easy to get ahold of. There's a lot of traffic at this location, but the units at the back of the building are pleasantly quiet. Apartments are spacious with good layouts and a bit of character.
