Recently we went in to inquire about a renting a unit while we undergo renovations and the customer service at this facility is top notch. Altaf, the GM easily answered all of our questions and was very forthcoming with any promotions he was able to offer us. The facility is brand new and super clean. We will definitely be recommending Access Storage to others.

Brand new and clean facility. Went there with my wife to inquire and looking at the units. The counter service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable efficient. We got a great promotional offer and signed the unit. His assistant was also very friendly too. I highly recommend this storage facility. Great place with lots of storage options to choose from.

Brand new facility and very clean. The unit is exactly what we were looking for and matched our needs at a great price. Customer service was great too; Barb was super friendly and helpful. She called on moving day to provide instructions to facilitate a seamless moving experience. She also ensured to provide any needed equipment to easily move everything into the unit. I highly recommend renting with this storage facility!
