ACT Renovations

I have worked with Adam twice now on two separate apartment improvements. He is consistently professional, on-time, responsive, and easy to work with. His work is consistent and high quality, and his skill set broad. I would recommend Adam and his team highly for any small construction project.

Wow they are awesome! They showed up on time every day when they said they would and did the work that we discussed to do and beautifully.... Also one day ahead of schedule!!! Incredible. I hate to recommend them for selfish reasons because they might be too busy to help so quickly in the future but I'm impressed!!!

I hired ACT renovations to repair damage to our front porch rail and to repaint the porch rail. I was given a thorough estimate and Adam took the time to understand what I wanted done. When it came time to do the job, the team reported on time and worked diligently to complete the work. I was given the opportunity to check the work and a few minor touchups I asked for were completed promptly and agreeably before the team left. I am satisfied with the final product and I believe it will last longer than what it replaced.

We have now hired ACT Renovations for two different projects and will not hesitate to hire them again. Adam and his team were consistently on time and very professional. Our first project involved patching a ceiling, painting and caulking a shower. The second project involved stripping and refinishing our deck. The deck looks brand new!!!! Amazing job.
