The Arbour Glen is a co-own building located right on Rosedale Valley Road making it a country like setting in the heart of down town Toronto. I love these older co-op buildings and they are a great place for those wanting to trade down from their big house to something a little more cozy yet still sizable. Most of the units are very distinct with custom renovation and this building has a very low turn over. I have my watch list set on this building as it is always a pleasure to show.
