I did so much research around bathroom renovations before contacting Murillo from Black Sparrow Contracting. I had a few requests in regards to the materials I wanted to be used for my project one of which was Schluter products. I new from the beginning the extra cost of having this product and Murillo never tried talking me out of it. Felt reassured of my decision after Murillo water test of 48hrs when I realized it was also a flawless installation. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and knowing the value of my house has increased greatly due to freshly renovated bathroom using prime materials and labour. Black Sparrow’s crew were also all neat and clean. I definitely recommend.

My husband and I hired Murillo over 2 years ago to renovate our kitchen in our waterfront condo. Midway the project we were so happy with the way Murillo and his crew treated our home, creating a protected path from the entrance door to the kitchen and a fake door of plastic and zipper to help contain dust that we decided to renovate the bathroom and do the flooring throughout the condo as well. All that to say that we recommend Black Sparrow contracting and will also definitely hire them again for future projects. Murillo is open minded and so easy to deal with. Thank you.
